The Procedures What to do if....
a) The Rules are Being Broken
If a crew member is not present, please PM a crew member that is online
with a link to where the rule is being broken, and any personal feelings or
extra information that you might have on the offense or the violator. If no
Crew members are online, PM the same information to the Captain.
b) You are having problems with another Member
Just as before, If a crew member is not present, please PM a crew member that is online with a link to any threads and a quote of any PMs that have offended you, been harassing, or otherwise led to and escalated the problem with that member. Please include your feelings and reasons for being upset. The Captain and/or Crew will review your case and take
appropriate actions.
c) You are having problems with one of the Crew
PM the Captain immediately with any links and/or quotes from the crew
member that is causing or escalating this problem. Please include any
feelings or reasoning behind such problems. Be as descriptive as possible.
The Captain will review your case and take appropriate actions.
d) You are having problems with the Captain
PM the Captain immediately with any links and or quotes that concern you
and have caused or escalated the problem. Please include any feelings or
reasoning behind such problems. Be as descriptive as possible. The post
will be posted, with permission, in the crew lounge to be reviewed. The Captain and crew will review the case and take appropriate actions.
