How do you do it? what are some tips that you could give others and what are some things that you could tell people if they wish to become a vegitarian?

I looked up a bunch of information about being healthy while being vegetarian online. I then talked calmly to my aunt and she understood. We went to Market Basket, and we discovered a huge section of vegetarian substitutes, and I have been shopping there for my food ever since.

How did I do it? My dad killed my pig and fed it to people. . .

I eat Vegetarian substitutes. I eat a lot of garden burgers. :3

Be ready to take on serious critism and to answer questions...as long as you are strong and stick to your morals. I eat meat substitutes and I can make literally almost anything vegetarian....
