The highest-level education institution within Mahora's program, the university offers primarily technology- and media-based academics programs, leaving much of the liberal arts and other programs to the nearby Tokyo University. The university's primary known feature, the Engineering Division, is responsible for many technological advancements and is famous for its Future Technology Group. Many of the projects that the Engineering Division has created include the Chacha-series androids and the Halo-inspired vehicle and weapon products used by the Mahora Military Enthusiasts' Club/Fireteam Charlie. Many of these projects and developments are on display at the grandiose Engineering Division Showcase Hall.
