nor-mal: coming to the standard or the common type; usual; not abnormal; regular; natural.

You and everyone else need to understand that there is no such thing as normal. Yes, as odd as that sounds there truely isn't anyone or anything that fits the definition of normal. There may be some who fit a majority that would classify themselves as normal but until everyone is in that majority then we cannot use the word normal correctly. And although some may seem only slightly odd there are many who are extremely different. In some cases, more than one way. You may not be able to identify them by their eye color or clothing. Probably not by their personality, but by what they truely are. Some people who walk passed you on the street could be your childhood nightmare, or a character from a character out of a horror movie. Someone, something, much worse than Jack the Ripper or Frankenstein. But then again, some could be very kind and still out of the ordinary. I will stop now and simply tell you who I speak of. Vampires, werewolves, demons, and all the monsters inbetween. Some are still human, others could be that human's dopperlganger. No matter, you just walked passed them on the street and did not notice.

Pyke Constantine

Werewolves have been dealt with in many movies, short stories, and novels, with varying degrees of success. The creator's of those stories and ideas would perhaps be surprised to know that werewolves aren't just a child's nightmare. They do exist and they do live among people. If you would like an example simply turn to Pyke Constantine, a pureblood werewolf.

Pyke rushed to the other end of the bar to fill the intoxicated mans shot glass. The man slurred vile words at Pyke for going to slow. Pyke simply nodded in agreement and did as the man requests. Just get alcohol poisoning already. Thought Pyke. He was beginning to lose his patience with the smelly old man, perhaps he should rip his throat out and feast on him here. But, of course, he could not. He was off the humans and living, or attempting to live, a normal life. If you call being a werewolf at the age of 78 that appears 23 normal. Pyke made a mental note of checking a dictionary for the word normal. Maybe it does apply to him, most likely not. Pyke's thoughts were interrupted be a large thud then a choking grunt. He leaned over the bar to see the old man lying on the hardwood floor knocked out. Possibly by the head injury, probably because of the alcohol. Pyke just shook his head and smirked before leaving that side of the bar and then attending to another intoxicated customer which seemed to have forgotten where the restroom was.
