I think he dresses like a classy pimp. rofl (when he has his blue suit and fluffy diamond decorated scarf.)
But when he's dressed in casual clothes. whee

Got to give the author a hand for all the detail and unique style of the characters.
Might sound odd, but Neuro is so geometric. He has all the triangle pins, and his eyes get so circular and green~
All in all, he dresses to impress. =P
