Dubbo's a nice spot to be. Close to Sydney, but not in all the pollution and craziness.
I'm from Perth in WA.

But you can go spend a day in the city if you want to, but then you don't have to put up with the traffic, noise, pollution and crime all the time.

The Kelmscott/Armadale dodgy part Ironically, the Armadale in Melbourne is in the nicer district. I live in Melbourne in the eastern suburbs (which are generally pretty nice) However, in the past, I have lived in: The Northern Territory Queensland and Western Australia

El Rab Ironically, the Armadale in Melbourne is in the nicer district Actually, the Armadale city center (which is like 3 streets XD) is being slowly done up now. They just got a nice new shopping center there. Armadale will grow in size and value very quick with all the new suburbs being made south of it.
