Mike woke up in the ballroom. Somehow he had fallen asleep on the floor and had acquired a massive headache. "Oh, man...," he moaned, "is this what people call a hangover? I wonder if that Nick guy has one? That was sure one wild party last night." He stood up with a hand on his forehead and slowly walked to the door. "I need to get a place to stay...oh! I can't go talk to the Govenor like this! I smell like gin, my clothes are all messed up! Oh man...." He had now sat down in a chair by the door. "Now what am I gonna do?"

As he sat there Mike thought about the previous night. "Wow," he said, "all those people. They all seemed to be having so much fun. I guess I had some to. But why is last night blurry? Must be that gin that guy offered me. Now what was his name?...Nick, yes, it was Nick. He seemed prety nice. But, when I was talking to him, he seemed to be holding something back when the subject of Nathanael's father came up. All he said was that he was assasinated." Mike thought about this for a minute then put his hand on his head and stood up. "I'll worry about that later I guess. Maybe there isn't even anything to worry about. Right now though, I need to find a place to shower up and some clothes to borrow before I go see Nathanael about getting a house. I weonder who I can ask though. I don't know where Nick is and I would feel embarrassed to ask Nathanael to borrow his shower and some of his clothes just to talk to him." Mike wasn't sure what to do.

"Well," he said out loud to himself, "I guess I could go and apologize about my apperance...oh....what a terrible idea, however, I need to do something or else I will probably end up with nowhere to sleep tonight!" He stood up and then walked outside in search of Govenor Nathanael's Office. (Please go to the board "Nate's Office (sp?) for more! ^^)
