Non-Alcoholic Apple Cider
Ingredients
Organic apple juice (Use more or less spice depending on quantity)
4 - 10 whole cloves
2 - 6 green cardamom pods
1 /2 - 1 whole cinnamon stick
Optional: 1 thin slice fresh ginger
Heat the apple juice with the spices on the stove.
Allow to cool or serve warm.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
I've been on a quest to find Vegan/Vegetarian recipes for me to eat (fried Tofu gets repeatative easily) and I came across this. Enjoy ^^
