The bottom is a bit random to be "Victorian." Most of the dresses of that time were very structured, and had rows of ruffles or bows or lace and a bustle. If the pieces were more in rows, it would look more period. What are you making the dress for?

It's victorian CORPSE.

It's intended to be deconstructed. It's made from pieces of actual victorian clothing... sort of what I think the clothing on corpses from the Victorian times would look like today...

it's a conceptual thing...

I was not intending to create a replica of that time period, I guess I should have explained that.
