Perhaps it was death by penguin attack? They're quite vicious, you know. Could it be a man-eating pancake stack? Now there's a quarrelsome foe!
He might have drowned in a watering pot, that's always a tricky situation. Or maybe one night he was shot by an over-sized crustacean.
Now, could it be he died from mad cow? Or maybe it was mad bull? It could have been so, but anyhow, it's more likely he ate too much wool.
I think he fell off of a U.F.O., while battling with alien invaders. Or maybe a giant man made of snow crushed him between two elevators.
Wait a moment, colleagues, I've got it! Strange tragedy not him did befall. Rather, I'm afraid I must admit, this gentleman, I say, is not dead at all!

Oh wow! This poem is so fun!! With your permission (always), may I show this one to my mother? I know she'd love it.
The writing itself is also great. You're really good. Rhyming and rhythm are perfect. The imagery is great.
