[Image Pending] This is the dorm room shared by Yuuna Akashi and Ako Izumi. Immediately upon entering the room, the bathroom is through a door on the left. A closet inside the bathroom holds cleaning supplies, towels, etc. To the right is the kitchen/dining/general living room. A three-cushion couch and two recliners exist for seating, and an entertainment center (not original equipment) holds a 35" TV, Yuuna's XBox 360 (and game collection), and Ako's PS2 (and game collection). Off around the corner created by the bathroom is the sleeping area, standard bunk beds; Ako sleeps in the bottom bunk, Yuuna sleeps on top.

It was quiet and mostly dark in Yuuna and Ako's room come morning on Sunday. The only light in the room came from sunlight streaming in through the windows overlooking the outside of the building, and the muted light coming from the TV, which displayed a dimly-lit Halo 3 matchmaking screen, the lowered lighting coming as a result of long-standing inactivity.
Over in the sleeping area, Ako yawned and stretched as she came awake, sitting up and running a hand through her lavender-colored hair. Her attention drawn to the light coming from the TV, she sighed as she took note of what she saw. Climbing out of bed, she walked over to the couch to see pretty much what she had expected: her roommate Yuuna slumped over on the couch, snoring lightly, XBox 360 controller dangling from her fingers.
Ako sighed. "Another marathon session of Halo, I see," she said to herself, reaching down and taking the wireless controller from her friend, using it to remotely power off the XBox. She set the controller on the entertainment center by the XBox, then lifted Yuuna's legs and laid them on the couch so she was in a fully-horizontal position. "You've really got to stop doing this, Yuuna..." She then retrieved a blanket from the closet and draped it over her roommate, allowing the basketball gamer to get some sleep after being up all night playing Halo.

A short while later, Yuuna awoke, sitting up on the couch, stretching languidly, and giving a yawn that would do a brute proud. "Stupid Legendary Brawl..." she murmured, then rolled off the couch, hitting the floor with a solid thud. She stood up again, then headed into the bathroom.
A short time passed as she showered and fulfilled other morning activities, then she came back out, wrapped in a towel, and walked over to her and Ako's dresser. Underclothes, of course, were the first out, and then she went down two drawers to pull out her wardrobe for the day. This consisted of black clothing that resembled military fatigues. The fatigue top bore several stitched insignia, including her last name, a stylized patch on her arm that read "MMEC-FC" (patch will be designed later), and sergeant insignia sewn into the lapel of her collar. She dressed herself in these fatigues, then topped it off with a black windbreaker that bore the same MMEC-FC patch on the left side, and "A-6, Akashi" on the right. The A-6 stood for A Company, 6th Platoon. On the back of her jacket were the curved words "ORBITAL DROP SHOCK TROOPER" over an image of an HEV drop pod with fire streaming from it, and beneath, the catchphrase "Feet-First Into Hell."
All that done, she put on her Halo 3 hat, and called out to Ako as she headed for the door, "I'm gonna catch some breakfast, then I've got my Military Enthusiasts' meeting. See you this afternoon!"

She wandered back in half a second later, picking up her airsoft mockup BR55SR HB battle rifle, grinning and saying, "Oops, forgot me hat," before heading out again.
