The iconic feature of Mahora is the majestic World Tree, situated in the exact center of the campus city. Standing over two hundred feet tall, the World Tree is visible from any part of the city. A vast field surrounds the tree itself, perfect for picnics and other relaxation. Southwest of the tree sits the World Tree Plaza, a picturesque gathering point famous for its breathtaking views of the World Tree.

It was early morning, the sun had yet to rise completely so it was quite dark. Golden eyes peered from the darkness as Touma walked through the dark and cold streets of Mahora, in front of the World Tree. Of course his reasons for being out so late were reasonable. He was out on yet ANOTHER job, this time an assasination. It had been quite tricky, but nothing he couldn't handle, in fact it was easier than it sounded for him. Though the person wasn't as famous as one of his latest targets so maybe that was why. He took out his milk bottle and began drinking from it, after he needed his strenght for the day, right?

Carrying a messenger bag at her side, Mizuki walked up the large stairs that lead to all different parts of the school. Up ahead, she noticed a boy walking around, but had decided not to bother him. She sat at the top of the stairs now and just took glances across the Academy's grounds. There was usually always so much to see around Mahora.

Touma whistled a merry tune as he walked and approached a girl. He patted himself on a job well done once again as he drank his delicious milk and grinned in happiness. This was just a good day, the money was rolling in and he could afford to eat expensively, he pocketed one of his hands in his long black Coat/jacket, inside said jacket, of course, lay a weapon too. But he wasn't about to take it out any time soon, and of course he MIGHT smell a bit from blood and stuff, but nothing he couldn't wash out, it was faint anyways.

Mizuki looked up to where the boy now was. "Hello." She stated silently to the boy. She slipped off her messenger bag and sat it next to her.

Touma looked down at the girl and waved a salute at her "Hiya!" he said, still extremely happy, and also extremely active considering the time of day it was.

Mizuki raised an eye brow at the boy's response, but smiled in return. "Seem a bit happy there, no?" She said in a friendlier tone.

"Why wouldn't I be?" he said grinning as he finished his milk and threw the bottle away in his usual uncaring manner as he spoke to the girl who's name he did not know.

"I do not know." Mizuki said in an almost questionable voice. She glanced over at the bottle he had thrown and then looked back to him. "My name is Mizuki Kurayami, by the way."

"I'm Touma Kamijo" he said smiling at her "What are you doing out here so early in the morning Mizu-chan?" He said tilting his head to the side as he did so

"I was hoping to get some practice in." Mizuki replied. "I can't have people passing me up in my clubs now, can I?"

"Hm? Well I usually try my hardest at practicing when it comes to my Magic and Acrobatics club, as well as in my Martial Arts club." Mizuki replied.

"I started out here just recently, too. Seems like the school has been taking interest in a wider range of students lately." Mizuki sighed. "So I at least want to do somewhat well in these clubs. They will most likely prove themselves useful to me in the near future."
