((I found it for some reason I was looking for a K not a C))
Ikzer looked around with a small sigh. It was back to step one huh? Raised with the high elves got away from the high elves back to thier homeland. At least he knew quite a few people here. People wouldn't judge him as harshly.
Rae felt better to be on land. She didn't mind being at sea but IN the sea were creatures bigger then her and she didn't like to think about herself being brought down by a sea dragon or squid. Nor did she like not fllying but flying around here would be dangerous. Rae would jsut have to use slef control and make it through this part of the journey in human form.
Nvira gave a sigh,"Oh these high elves will be loads of fun..." She said sarcastically. While a lot of them were stuck up though some tended to be rather fun or nice to talk to. As a whole Nvira didn't quite like them. None were dark enough for her tastes.

"Alright, so, does anyone have any ideas of where we should go next," Valen asked. He honestly had no real idea of what they should do next. Riddles were never his strong point.

Nvira didn't have a clue either."How much farther can we go this way and hit land? I say we keep going past this island. For some reason the riddle said soemthing about Raetherstria showing herself as a dragon at least to the group maybe she is a key to get to the place we need."

I don't know... After thinking a bit more Valen suggested, "the Elves are the oldest of all the races, and have the most complete records... I guess we could try their archives in Emberen to see if they could offer any insight into our quest?"

Raetherstria smiled,"Records I can do. I am great at reading a lot very quickly." Plus she wanted to check on any hints at treasures that were around or might be dangerous to retrieve. She didn't lie about her abilities though she loved to read and was very quick at getting the information needed from a script if looking for just one specific thing.
Nvira seem to approve. "Ikzer can learn about local news with his abilities to eavesdrop and get infrmation Rae can read what shall we do?" She sent a nice image of the beach at night without the sun it still held a nice glow to it that made it pretty. Nvira switched the image of being stuck in the library with Rae or walking around the town with the Ikzer in the sun. None of the last two options seemed appetizing to Nvira and she hoped Valen would agree. She stopped sending images. "So let them do the dirty work lets relax a little."

Valen laughed on the inside, now that would not be fair, us relaxing while everyone else works? No, I will find something to do I am sure.
"Alright then, Emberen isn't too far away, especially if we get some horses." They went to the stables and rented some horses from a man there and then they rode out of Culhaven, heading south at a steady pace.
