Biography: He leads a simple life, his parents are dead and he's an orphan, he gets by taking on a few "jobs". He is an easy going person, likes joking around and drinks a lot of milk. He doesn't like getting into trouble, although he always does the right thing when he can.

He was trained as a child by a profesional mercenary. He's learned every single measure he needs to take at using his weapon of choice. Later on the same man died at the hands of an opponent. He was then picked up off the streets by the Arks family, who decided to train him in his art to later on work for them. Afterwards he became a freelancer, working for the Arks at the same time.

He hates owing a debt to others and as such decided to live on his own and pay for his own things instead. He earned the name Black Cat after being marked by the tattoo number on his chest after becoming an official assasination professional. He was also given a custom made gun. (more to be added later)

Personality: Toma is defined by three things: his carefree attitude, his empathic nature and his sharp mind. While on the surface appearing to be unreliable and lazy, he is actually a highly competent strategist and tactician. He is a sort of free-lancer in both the normal and magical world doing any job he's hired to do with a 100% success rate. His Code name, the Black Cat. He has low alcohol tolerance, but loves to drink milk. He is also skilled at disguises, can sleep anywhere even the smallests of cramped spaces. He doesn't mind killing others for money but he isn't bloodthirsty either, he is simply a proffesional.


Weapon: He is quite capable with a gun and any projectile and knows some hand to hand, though he seeks a teacher for hand to hand combat.He possesses 20/10 vision in both eyes, which allows him greater sight that normal people. He is an extremely skilled marksman, able to accurately shoot down bullets from other guns, and make a number of bullets hit at exactly the same time. He knows enough about swords to swing them around. His proficiency and strategies with guns is unmatched, as he also has the means to make his gun a sort of meele weapon and achieve different manners of attack. Also as a secondary precaution he knows how to handle his very own personal Wire Knife, which he can use to choke and shock enemies directly, killing them with either method and for escaping with it by using it as a grappling hook
