Apparently, Coded has been out since Nov 18, 2008. Also apparently, no one cares enough about it to get a plot summary.
Q: I heard Coded is going to be on the PSP as well as the cell phone. Is this true?
A: As of yet, Coded on the PSP is RUMOR ONLY.
Q: What's Kingdom Hearts Mobile? Wasn't that the crappy cell game in Japan a few years ago?
A: The supposed "Kingdom Hearts Mobile" coming out with Coded is, from what I've heard, basically like a KH version of Gaia for your phone. I haven't directly seen any information on the matter myself.
Q: Is Coded coming out in the US?
A: As far as Nomura intends, yes, Coded will come out in the US. When this might happen, however... who knows?
Q: Who is in Coded?
A: Coded supposedly focuses on what King Mickey was doing in the background of the series while Sora was questing in KH1, COM, and while he was sleeping. There's a Data Sora and Mickey at least, and there may be some of Riku as well.
