I'm having a bit of a problem with a person I'm living with. He calls himself a pegan Christians. I'm not sure what to think of it.
He likes pegan principals, carries out some rituals, and uses gems and pentagrams around the house. He also believes in 'white' magics, and that the early Jews were right in their rituals because he feels God didn't punish them.
He also believes in 'energies' in the human body, like maridians used in massage therapy and energies of the earth. What do you guys think of this?

I don't believe that there is such a thing as a "Pegan Christian". It sounds like to me that this person who you are living with is more of a "Satanist". A pentagrams is a satanic symbol. Anything that is against God's word is of Satan. I would be very careful about this. Satan is not a person to get entangled with. He once was an angel called Lucifer who was very beautiful and he still is beautiful. He is not what people picture him to be, like a being dressed in red, with horns on his head, a forked tail and carrying a pitch fork. He was cast out of heaven because he was full of pride and he wanted to be like God. Ever since God through him out of heaven, he has been deceiving people, young and old alike. He makes things look very pleasant but yet down the road it is nothing but ugliness, lonliness, etc.

*nods* It wouldn't bother me as much if he didn't have a daughter and wife to support.
... He never goes to church anymore. On his b-day this last year he got a bunch of friends together and jumped over a bonfire, got high and yelled outside.
... I don't know what's going to happen. But I'm worried. I know enough not to get caught up in any of that, God will not let me. But his wife and kid... I am worried about them.

The bibles says you can not serve two masters. So he is either pagan or Christian, but by what you tell me he is just pagan.

Thought I'd hear something like that. I don't know if he's saved... or because he believes in God and that Jesus was really the Son of God, that's gonna save him.
I don't know what to do....

Alot of people believe in God and that Jesus is the Son of God, but that is not enough. The devils believe and tremble. It takes more than believing in God and that Jesus is the Son of God. It takes a true repentance from sin and accepting Jesus' payment for sin and admitting that a person is a sinner in order to get saved.
As far as for that friend, I suggest to be very careful. Hang around the wrong people can take you farther than you want to go and get you into a lot of trouble. Now I am not talking physical trouble only but spiritual trouble as well.

I live with them... I'd have no where else to go otherwise. I'll be fine. I trust God to protect me, but I need to prepare myself spiritually.... I'm not much of a rebuker... but if that time comes, I'll need your guys' help.

Make sure to immerse yourself in the Word - keep yourself strong as it will help you keep your bearings around him.

True, if you ask the Lord to protect you, He will protect you. You also need to have wisdom in how to handle things. Remember, that Satan was once an angel of light. He can make things seem so beautiful at first but then a little farther down the road, could be nothing but heartache. My suggestion is to very careful and be on your guard 24/7.

... Can't say really. It's not something I go out of my way to question and debate about.

Here's the danger of that approach, by calling Christianity 'white magic' they have reduced it to their level, to the level of paganism. They feel that by giving that title they can placate the Christians and not have to deal with the underlying truths. It's a very clever and subtle misdirection.
Christianity is not magic of any kind. It is divine power.

Thank you.
Beware of those who would make Christianity small. By calling it white magic they think it's ok because they're calling it 'good' magic as opposed to evil and those who don't realize it may be ok because it is good. But it is not on the same level. By accepting that designation one accepts reducing Christianity to the level of paganism. Just another belief system. Just another religion with nothing special about it.
These are the kinds of things that trip people up.
