Using their chakra, the medical-nin then draws out the agent, while simultaneously repairing the damage it caused.
After the agent is drawn out, it can be used to create an antidote or medicine, which can then be given to the patient to ensure a complete recovery. Neji often applies this to people he views as weaker than he is, particularly his teammate Lee and his cousin Hinata Hyuga. He dismisses Lee's dream of becoming a great ninja despite his inability to mold chakra as hopeless, and suggests that Lee can never defeat him. As they grow as a team, he takes account to Lee's abilities and has faith in him. Still his ideals remained unchanged. During his match in the Chunin Exams, he tells Hinata that she is unfit to be a ninja due to being too kind and not confident enough. When she is eventually able to turn his philosophy against him, telling him that she believes that he is suffering from trying to become worthy of the main house despite his being born into the branch family, Neji becomes enraged and attempts to attack Hinata. However, he is stopped by multiple Jonin before he can land a blow that would have almost certainly killed her. While Hinata is left near death after the battle, Neji's only concern is that he could not complete his attack, and he accuses the Jonin of giving special treatment to the head family members. He disregards Hinata's personal growth in the match, concluding that because she was defeated, "a failure will always be a failure." Neji displays similar efforts to condescend others during his match with Naruto Uzumaki who, despite being repeatedly struck down, continues to try and fight him. While Neji tries to show Naruto that fate cannot be fought and that someone who is weak will always remain weak, Naruto is unwilling to accept this mindset, arguing that Neji, for all his belief in fate, has not accepted his own destiny. Naruto taps into the power of the demon fox sealed within him and fights Neji, regaining his access to his chakra. Using a shadow clone to feign defeat, Naruto surprises and defeats Neji, suggesting that if a "failure" like himself can change his destiny, a "genius" like Neji can, too. With this example of overcoming "destiny" as well as finding out the truth about his father's death soon afterwards, Neji abandons the concept of inescapable fate. No longer bound by the idea that he is stuck at his current status, Neji resolves to become strong enough to never again lose a battle. To do so he begins putting more emphasis on working well with his team, and starts to value a mission's successful completion and his teammates' safety over his own betterment. In addition, Neji begins trying to remedy the estranged relations between himself and the main house members, most particularly by being kinder to Hinata. His efforts seem to be effective, as he begins training with Hiashi and in Part II even starts to wear traditional Hyuga robes. As another result of his loss against Naruto, Neji no longer thinks of people as failures who can never change, as he suggests that he would not have persevered in Lee's situation, and believes that if Lee works hard enough, he can surpass the gifted. Neji is glad Naruto was able to influence him to change. Background: Not much is known about Neji's birth. After his cousin Hinata from the main branch had her 3rd birthday, Neji was taken by Hiashi Hyuga and had the Hyuga branch family seal applied to his forehead. After seeing his father being punished for merely thinking about harming Hinata, Neji began to see himself as a helpless "caged bird," forced to obey the main branch of the family. Around this time, his father had begun to see Neji's natural talent. After his father's sacrificed himself for the main family, Neji mistakenly believed that the main branch had forced him to do so, and the event became the primary basis of his grudge against the main branch. A year before the start of the series, Neji graduated at the top of his class, and was placed in Team Guy with Might Guy as the Jonin leader, and Rock Lee and Tenten as his teammates. After officially being promoted to Genin, Neji declined to reveal his dream, and laughed at Rock Lee for claiming that he could become a great ninja with just taijutsu. During their first year in Team Guy, Lee challenged Neji many times, but lost every time. Minato then states that as Kakashi is a Jonin, he will be in charge of Rin and Obito, while he did missions by himself. Rin then reminded Obito that he needed a gift for Kakashi, but while he did not have one, Kakashi suggested that Obito would give him something worthless if he did. The group then received their mission to destroy a supply bridge to prevent a Rock village ninja invasion of the Land of Grass. During the group's first encounter, Obito froze up in the heat of battle, prompting Minato to bring him to his senses. After Minato killed the enemy ninja and told Kakashi that teamwork was more important than the rules, Obito tried to rub it in, but was told that he needed to control himself in order to back up his words. Obito, again feeling inadequate, talked with Minato about Kakashi and learned his story. The next day, Minato temporarily left the group for an urgent mission, thus leaving Kakashi, Rin, and Obito by themselves. Two Rock ninja tried to ambushed the team, causing Rin to be kidnapped. Kakashi argued that the mission came first, as diverting to save Rin would compromise it, but Obito argued that Rin was their friend, and they needed to save her. Obito then left, stating that while those who break the rules are trash, those who abandon their friends are worse than trash. Shortly after Obito reached the location where Rin was held, a Rock Village ninja began to attack Obito from behind, but Kakashi stepped in just at the nick of time to save him. The ninja hid himself, and Kakashi lost his left eye saving Obito from an attack. Obito realized that the time had come for him to live up to his words, and activated his Sharingan for the first time. He saw and killed the ninja who attacked them both. After the two saved Rin, a third Rock Village Ninja caused a cave-in, and Obito was trapped under several rocks while saving Kakashi. The whole right side of his body was crushed, slowly killing him. When Kakashi went to his fallen teammate's side, in confirmation of their friendship and as a gift for Kakashi gaining Jonin rank (Obito was the only member of the team not to have given Kakashi a gift), Obito gave Kakashi his left eye, and the Sharingan with it. Along with the quote " I'm already going to die, but I can become your eye. And from now on I will see the future". After Kakashi defeated the ninja, the cave collapsed as enemy reinforcements arrived, and Obito died, realizing that he had finally become friends with Kakashi. Though he was unable to tell Rin how he felt about her. Breif BackgroundObito Uchiha was one of Kakashi's teammates in the manga exclusive Kakashi Gaiden. He was a 13-year old Chunin in Team Minato with Kakashi, Rin, which was led by Minato Namikaze (the future Fourth Hokage). He's very similar to Naruto Uzumaki, goofy and desperate to prove he is a worthy ninja, mostly unrespected by peers and teachers alike. However, he is ready to put his life on the line for his teammates without hesitation. Obito carries the blood of the Uchiha Clan and has the power of the Sharingan within him. Extra Comments on Character: He considers Naruto as teamate, and will protect him at all costs. His reason, is that he wasn't around to save his Sensei so this is how he's going to repay him... by protecting his son Naruto. So he ends up spending most the day with him. He was also impressoned once by Mikoto for arguing with her and recived moldy bread for supper. ~Obito graduated from the Academy at the age of 9, he also got promoted to Chunin at the age of 11. ~Kakashi's famous quote: "Those who break the rules are scum, but those who don't help a comrade in need are worse than scum." Character Description
Personality: Sweet, funny, couragous, generous, willing to stick her neck out for her team and friends.
Background: Serena is a cool peron to be around with but spends most of her time traing, but always has time for her friends and team too. When she was younger,she became inseprateable friends with Gaara when her father was in Suna for some sort of business with the Kaze-kage. Her father the (yokai-kage) used to be the leader of her village,until her father and the rest of her village was brutally murdered by her evil step-mother, she never really liked Serena because she got all the attintion. When Serena found out that she murdered her village, she avenged her father and the village by making her step-mother suffer the same fate, only 10x worse whee .
But after a few years she lived with her "nutty, over-protective" cousin, Jin
in a large temple on a big hill just outside the leaf village.
Kakashi took her in as a student and since then, Serena couldn't be any happier to be in the Leaf village with all the friends she could ever hope for.

Ryu was an orphan in the Leaf Village.He was found wandering around the Village while he was 7.He accidently bumped into Aoba.Aoba asked him a few question and after that he decided to adopted him.So Aoba personely trained him to be a great ninja to protect others.He became a ninja on the age of 9.He took the Chuunin exam while he was 9 and succesfully passed it.He was the top ninja in his team.After that he becamed an Anbu at the age of 12 while he is still a Chuunin.He quited the Anbu on the age of 15 and he becamed a jounin after tht.At the age of 18 he brutally murdered his fellow teammates and some other ninja and went missing in the Village.He ploted to destroy the Leaf Village.In the end it was a failure and he had done only 66% damage to the Village.He decided to fled the Village after tht.Before tht,he personely thanked Iruka for adopting him and trained him to be an independant ninja.At the age of 21 he began exploring all the countries and he suddenly got invited to the Akatsuki.He is clouded by evil.

Kisuke was a determined boy from Konoha.His parents died on a war.He was 2 years old back then.He was a great ninja.He never fails to impress his Sensei.He graduated the Academy at the age of 8.After tht he was assigned to an unamed Medical Jounin Sensei.At the same age he took the Chuunin Exam and succesfully passing it.At the age of 13 he was a Jounin through official appointment.He already is an expert Medical Nin and will soon be a Doctor in the Konoha Hospital.He was appointed to lead a squad to search for a Missing Nin named Ryu Yamashiro.Although he is at a young age,but he has a strong leadership.One Day while he was wandering around the city,he was ambushed by a group of Missing Nin probally Jounins from the Rain Village.Ryu suddenly appeared and started took care of the problem.Ryu thought Kisuke was a Chuunin thts why he protcted him.Kisuke raised his Kunai becuz Ryu was the target but after tht he became friend wif him.After tht,Kisuke started to abandoned the mission and followed Ryu on his journey.After Ryu was invited to the Akatsuki,Kisuke still remain loyal to him and they are still friends.
