So, I have a slight problem, well not really a problem, more like a question. Can you iron yarn? Like, if I wanted to do like an iron - on transfer would that be possible? And if so, how would I do it? Is there another way to get a picture onto yarn? I'm crocheting a blanket, so every little bit helps.

I now it's a bit late, but if you still need me:
What kind of yarn is it? Do not iron acrylic.

I don't think it would be a good idea to do an iron on transfer on crochet. Crochet stretches and iron on transfers don't. I think it'd end up peeling off and looking pretty disgusting. Also, if it's a fuzzy yarn I doubt it'd stick very well.

You could however crochet yourself a shape and appliqué it on.
