She woke up in a town made of quicksand...
Thea opened her eyes, squinting as streams of light filtered through her blinds. She got outa bed and walked out of her room and into her bathroom. Flipping on the light she opened a drawer and looked through it then pulled out black eyeliner and black eyeshadow. Withing a few moments her eyes were smoky, making their turquoise blue pop brightly. She pulled her bright red hair out of the pony-tail it was in and brushed it out.

Gets harder to move everyday she stays...
When she was done with her make-up and hair she walked back into her room and looked around. It's walls were a deep purple, the furniture a black mahogany. On one wall was a Black Dahlia, painted on and taking the whole center of it. She flipped don the light and walked over to her dresser, shedding her pajamas as she went. She slipped into a tight blood red shirt, black mini skirt, and blood red tights. She slipped into some black knee-high boots and walked out.

Her eyes they know too much...
In the living room her grandmother intercepted her and looked her over, finally meeting her eyes and smiling sadly. "Oh daughter." She said, placing a hand gently on Thea's cheek. "You're young soul has been through so much. You're so strong." Thea smiled sadly. "Thanks grandma. Listen, I'm going out for a walk. Is there anything you need from the store?" She asked. Her grandmother shook her head. "No dear. I've got all I need next door in the shop." She said. Thea nodded and kissed her grandmother's hand then walked into the shop, grabbing her jacket and her black bat-winged backpack.

She'll treat you like somebody but just can't touch...
She walked into her grandmother's pagan shop and filled her backpack with different herbs and a few candles. Then she walked out, yelling bye to her grandmother as she did. She pulled her hood around her pale face and walked down the street, ignoring the peopl she passed, makig her way to the forest and bluffs.

Well she never was the best, at following the trends...
Selena walked down the street towards her house. She wore simple, hip-hugging jeans, black converse, and a blue hoodie with black fur in the hood. The hood was pulled up over her pale face and white blond hair. Her lavender eyes were covered with a silvery eyeshadow and black liner. Around her neck was a crimson ribbon, her long nails painted a dark blue.

Stayed one step above the rest even though it seemed the world was crashing on her...
She reached her house and opened the door, walking in. her mom sat still at the kitchen table and she knew something was wrong. "Mother?" She asked, her voice soft. "What happened?" her mtoher looked at her with bloodshot eyes. She'd been crying. "Your father and brother. They...they were killed by the elders." She said. Selena breathed in and gripped the chair. "W-why?" She asked her mother. her mother looked down, scratching at the table. "They told a human about the Night World." She said. Selena was quiet. She nodded and turned around. "I'm going out for a bit mom. I'll be back a little later. Call if you need me." She said, then disappeared out the door.

Dont worry you'll show them there's a fire in your eyes...
Tears streamed down her cheeks as anger flared in her eyes. The elders had killed more of her family. Sh was beginning to get tired of them. She reached the trees and quickly stripped out of her cloths, tieing them to her leg with a rope then she changed. She shot off though the trees, a white and black streak. When the trees got thicker she slowed down a little but kept running until she reached the Bluffs, a cliff that over looked the small town and then the wilderness beyond it. She climbed a tree and lay across one of it's branches, large tears streaming from her lavender cat eyes.

Relax girl, no one can stop you if you try...
The sun reached it's midpoint int he sky nd still Selena lay across the branch in her shifted form. She'd been thinking for hours, about everything that had happened in her life because of the elders. She was tired of it, and she'd decided she was going to get back at them. How, she didn't know yet. But she knew she was.

shoulder to shoulder brushing past people with faces i had never seen this was very exciting for me i had never been though this experince before seeing all the new people, creatures that i would see in the ally way but i heard a scream not a scream you would hear out of terror but a dieing scream as i looked in the window from which i heard it fromi saw a woman sitting at her dinning room table crying and crying then a girl came in not a bad looking girl if i do say so i quickley change to my cat form and tryed to listen in but i heard nothing and she went as quicky as shed come so i followed her till she shoo me away and i fould my self late at night lieing down on a slide till i fell asleep

"sniffs the air a little again, seconds away from passing out, eyes opens" the scent changed.."grins a little and rolls off the branch grabbing hold of the one below, swinging down to the ground, accidentally hits one and falls" ow s**t! "holding my stomach for a few before standing up" thats gonna leave a mark.."sniffs the air again trying to find the direction of the scent's origin"

Thea felt eyes on her and looked up. her turquoise eyes meeting Crista's. She smiled timidly and waved. The girl looked afraid of hr, though she had no idea why. After a moment she realized the girl was a damphir. She smiled again then returned back to clearing her head. She'd probably meet the girl at school, and maybe, if Thea ever got the courage up to talk to strangers. they could be friends.

finally waking up to a bird chirp in the wind looking around so i could climb the tree to attack it whether if was bigger than me or not but as looked around i saw a girl leaning against a swing as if she were sleeping so i stayed in my cat form and closely walked over to her with caution going and stopping every couple of feet so if she would of just attacked i would have some chance of running but soft and slowed i walk towards her my heart pounding i was scared but yet i want to get closer and closer to meet this girl cause she had a differ feel to me as if she draws me closer her eyes open and glanced at me three or four feet away as soon as her eyes accully set on me my body set straiting my tracks and my body went numb as i could feel the pain in this girl from her i eyes
i walked a little closer and rubbed on her leg with my face

purring on her stomach wondering if she should tell her or just let it go cause would i be able to spent the rest of my life s a cat maybe just maybe i could pull it off at least i would have somewhere to live i thought racing back and forth with thoughts of telling her and i slowly fell asleep on her lap

as i followed her to the trees but trying to make her pick me up again i scratched on her jeans wanting her to hold me like she did i tried to keep my cat a cat and not show any human reactions or responces that my trigger her spectating me even more so i had to stay not to far back but not to close so if she wanted me to follow she could tap on her leg or something
