The Uchiha clan runs the village with it's head as the Hokage. He is the 5th Hokage. He killed the 3rd during the fight. He is a very strict man but he loves his family. Here's the mission ranks

Sasuke and Tsume walked up the steps but heard noise "wait be quiet someones talking"
(hey alice we're gonna try and rescue Naruto and change this time frame you get it after we all meet at the 5ths residence we're going to try it after Sasuke has his looking around and then its going to change my guilds history and sasuke's going to try and work with Itachi instead of killing him but how would he get the mangekyou i'll leave that up to you)

"Sasuke turned to listen to them, just go we'll meet up later once I get info on where he's being held"
Sasuke began listening not aware it was his mother of this world and that soon this would change his whole view on his world.

"Sorry, but my husband is being extra cautious right now. Sasuke-chan and Itachi are out on a mission and can't keep an eye on Naruto-kun. But when my son's get back you can all spar together, okay." She smiled and closed the door behind her. "Though if you want you can help me deliver some food to Naruto. I won't tell if you don't." ^^
She rounded the corner and spotted Sasuke. "Oh, you're back already, Sasuke-chan? How was your mission? ...And where's your brother?"

It'll be interesting, though I still need to find someone to be Itachi...and Sasuke, and Naruto, and Fugaku, etc.) (yea cuz Sasuke was gonna meet up with Itachi have a small fight then start to like Itachi little by little again in my guild and Tsume was gonna meet up with Obito and they were gonna agree on saving Naruto sound good, and Sasuke's father would come and witness my guilds Sasukes potential and spar with him or watever whoever won got Naruto))

(sounds good. ^^ maybe Akatuski could intervene and kidnap Naruto during the fight.)
"Hmm? Of cores it's me? Who else is named Mikoto?" She gave him a motherly smile and hug. "You should probably go say hi to your father. I'm sure his meeting can wait for you. Plus he'll want to hear about the mission."

Sasuke didn't hear about the mission part but hugged his mom tightly and tried to hold his tears back "where is father at, right now" Sasuke bagan to play along just for a short while
( hey before I do it you think it would be a good idea if sasuke ask his parents to go back to his world and they say yes and the Itachi in my guild would leave the akatsuki slow and sneaky like to live as a family once Sasuke accepts him again and finds out the truth)

(probably not since Fugaku would just try to take over the konoha from ur guild. It would be a great war and more than likely, the Ita from your guild and possibly from this one, would try to stop it. Mikoto might visit the other world to see what it's like. I'd be funny when she finds out about Syuuba's Sasuke's baby.)
She was a little supprised with the sudden acton but she smiled anyway."Where else but in his office. He's a little angry that Kakashi managed to find out about one of our attacks before we could act. And what's worst is that Akatsuki is acting up. Sakura and Orochimaru were spotted a couple days ago so Security on Naruto has increased."

Sasuke looked up "I have something planned for him I hope it works out" Sasuke walked to the office to face his portal father he knocked on the door [knock, knock, knock]
(ok how about we use a resurrection on Sasuke's parents but his dad gets killed afte trying to take over the village it'll be our next story event but Sasuke's mom gets fully resurrected and remains alive as Sasuke and Itachi's mother)
