The first one, what is that of??? It's pretty awesome ;D
The second one, I love the contrast of the dark leaves in the background and the lighter ones.
The third one, I really like it. Theres a ton of deep philisophical things that I take from that, but I have to go to dinner, and lack the time to type it all.

The first one, I have actually got a billion photos like that on my computer.
It's of Christmas lights... and now that I look at it, my TV when a movie was on pause.
Here's a few more that I have
This is another pic of my Christmas lights.
I don't know, don't ask.
This is from on the highway, of a bunch of cars and signs flying by.

A bit of a new take on the concept of slow shutter speed at moving lights. I love it x]

I remember the one thing I learned in photography class for the whole week I was awake in it was how to make those pictures, you get an SLR and you like hold down the shutter button for a long time, and there are like devices too that hold them down or something. And that's also how you get these. But I'm probably stating the obvious. x]

Those are all really great! I also like taking pictures of light like that. I always wondered how photographers got that effect, and I overheard a classmate talking about it once. So I tried it out for myself. My ex, now best friend and I were just driving around and I had my window rolled down taking all kinds of pictures of lights (it was at night). I've done it with 'christmas' lights and other light sources too.
It really allows you to be really creative. smile

A couple of my friends messed around with that camera trick with fire, but it did not work for them ^^'

You'd have to have quite a bit of fire to get it to work. Also, if they had the flash on, that could also be why it didn't work.
