Japan.. 2008.
The annual Autumn festival is slowly closing in.. everyone is excited.. naturally.. since its always a lot of fun.. theres lots of food, game stands, and its just a good atmosphere... but a few weeks back a small portal was open and a half demon.. no older than 7 years old crawled out from his time line into the future.. this small demon wandering around japan alone and afraid.. is soon to meet a young girl.. that will change his life forever.

Inuyasha was walking around looking at the shrine where people where preparing and decorating it for the festival, he hold his ball dearly as he rested on a small bush to continue looking at them. his eyes blinked as workers walked in with strange clothes.
( strange clothes = modern clothing)

riku was holding her mothers hand as they past through the shine. soon riku noticed somethink in the bushes and went into a complete stop.

inuyasha had found a small caterpillar and placed his hand near it so it could crawl in it and he began to giggle as soon as it did since it felt so furry.

she let go of her mother's hand and went to the bush to see the little boy with dog ears. she watches him for a minute and then says "hello."
