depends on what you want....if you want the big exclusives of gears of war, fable and halo go with xbox 360 if you want the big good exclusives of the resistance series, ratchet and clank, drake's fortune, metal gear solid 4, little big planet, get a ps 3..if you want to play online for free get a ps 3 (not a ps 3 fanboy but just stating the facts....not just putting down the xbox 360)

whitewolf10 buying both would be extremly expensive and time consuming....my opinion well not really expensive i spend more on my launch ps3 60gb then you would have to pay for the 80gb ps3 and the cheapest price xbox together.
