Everything here has to get my stamp of approval! scream
No. Not really....
Well, actually not even close. You're free to say what you want as long as you're civil about it. If you have decent common sense and social skills, you'll be fine. I almost never use my moderation powers anyway.
SOME EXCEPTIONS
Your topic will be deleted if you post the same topic in different subforums.
One of your posts/topics will be deleted if you accidentally post a duplicate.
Coding errors will be corrected (e.g. if you mess up your bold tags) within my ability.
Your topic will be moved if it's blatantly obvious that it's in the wrong subforum. The original poster will receive a PM from me about its new location if this happens.
I won't ban you, delete your post or even give you an official warning but I will politely call you on the following in the form of a reply if you:
More will be added as needed. (Hopefully, it will be unneeded.)

- Focus waaaaaaay too much on semantics in a topic that is not related to semantics (e.g. don't re-define a term if the original poster has already made a definition and stated its context. Argue within that context).
Press your opinion in such a way that is overbearing or borders on personal attacks. I know some opinions are ridiculous but keep the "Your ideas are ridiculous!" remarks to yourself and argue with substance instead.
Refuse to respect any requests an original poster makes (e.g. if he/she doesn't want an argument from a particular stance and says so, don't use that argument. You can start a new topic using that stance anyway).
Repeat the same point over and over and over.... Just because you're using different words does not mean you're moving the debate forward.
Stray too far from the original topic.
