Wow, you are absolutely right. The only problem is, where are we gonna find replacements? Unless we suddenly get an influx of new members, we really don't have the capacity to fill these roles. On average, I think I've noticed mainly 3 or 4 active members currently in the guild. And that's only within the last week.
