Yes, I created a new thread for this. Mainly, because the old one was getting awkward from all the deleting of posts. So, no posts will be deleted unless they conflict with the following rules:
In this forum, you will post days when you are certain that you will not be on Gaia. Simply post the days you will be absent and your reason.
Rules:
exclaim You may not post nonsense in this thread. When someone posts when they are going to leave, please do not quote the post and say "goodbye" or talk to them. Please just post when you will be gone, why, and then leave.
All excess posts will be deleted.
exclaim When posting your absense, make it lovely and pretty, like so:
Name: Cagalli Yula Attha Zala
Absent: December 1 - December 7
Excuse: Cross County Ski Trip
exclaim The reason of this thread is to keep track of members when they are here or not here for long periods of time. A new rule is going into effect. Members who have not been online or have not posted in the guild will be banned from the guild. What is the point of having 10 members and only 5 active ones? If you are not going to be on Gaia for a period of time, we will know and not kick you out of the guild.
exclaim If you are not allowed to get on Gaia during week days, one post explaining your situation will be fine. You do not have to post every week why you won't be on until the following weekend.
exclaim After your absent note expires, your post will also be deleted. That way we keep the list to a nice minimum of posts for everyone to see who or who won't be present for a bash or something.
exclaim A special thanks goes to Mishumishu for the suggestion. I hope this does make the guild a more fun and active place!
