I am pretty positive you know what a clearing is. Anyways. It is a patch of bare ground in a forest. Trees and trees and trees surround you. So many freakin' trees. There is a small boulder about half the size of you in the middle of this clearing. Yeah. Some stereotypical scene that happens often when a character's lost, lol. It's nighttime by the way.

Aizel stumbled into the clearing, looking around in a slight panic. He failed to recognise his surroundings in the slightest, and had no idea how to get back.
I think I'm a little screwed...he mentally told himself, trying to keep calm.

Things did seem a little calm around here. But yet, it still held an ominous feeling to it. Like something's going to seize you or something. In the distance, you could just barely make out monotonous footsteps.

Aizel's head whipped round, and he kept perfectly still. He could have sworn he heard somebody - or something - moving around. He strained his ears, trying to catch the sound again. He was uncertain as to whether his imagination was playing tricks on him, and stifled a curse as his body flickered silvery for a second.

The footsteps seemed to be getting nearer and nearer. But then they just paused for a moment before resuming.. at a faster pace.

Aizel tensed; he was sure he had heard something that time. His silvery aura heightened for a second, and his form turned translucent before solidifying once more.
He backed off in the opposite direction from the sound of the footsteps, ready to turn on his heel and flee if needs be.

Those footsteps stopped for just a moment again. But when they restarted again, they were inhumanely fast. Impossible to repeat as a normal Gaian. Something spiky could be perhaps seen bounding into the clearing from afar. Dust and dirt seemed to fly up behind this.. thing.

He backed off further, and decided that he would be better off taking his chances running. He turned his back to whatever it was that was approaching, and sprinted. He made his way through the trees as fast as he possibly could, his boots making heavy, rhythmic slapping sounds against the hard ground.

"Hey, wait up!" A mechanical voice shouted from afar. Not too long after that shout, there was a chain of earsplitting sounds of wood breaking. Sounds like it's being sawed apart or something..
(( In a few moments, I need to go somewhere for like 15 minutes. D: ))

Aizel darted out of sight, and pressed himself up against one of the larger trees. He precariously peeked round to see who had called out, and tried to steady his breathing.
((Eep, kays. Well, I'll still be here when you get back))

The cracking sounds of trees being sawed could still be heard from behind. The same tree Aizel was standing behind was sawed through too, but just barely above his head. The thing that sliced through the tree was a spiky, silvery ball. The thing uncurled to reveal a robotic hedgehog. It didn't seem to notice anything behind it. "Where'd you go?!"

Aizel slapped his hands over his mouth to prevent letting out a startled cry. But instead, his position was given away by the ghostly silver aura that returned with a vengeance. His body turned translucent once more, and while he himself was still clearly visible, anyone who looked at him would be able to see through him, too.

"What..?" The hedgehog started, turning around. He spotted Aizel. "There you are! I was looking for you allllll day! Why must you try to hide from me?" He asked, folding his arms together and tapping one foot on the ground.

Shaking slightly, Aizel pushed himself away from the tree, looking at the hedgehog in a mixture of confusion and alarm.
'You - you were l-looking for me? W-Why? What do you, what do you want?' he spluttered.

"Question still not confirmed to be answered. In a word, I do not exactly know. But I hear it has something to do with my creator." He cocked his head sideways a little, staring coldly at Aizel.
