*The celestrial surroundings to the ball room gave Cerano a comforting feeling. He visualized in his mind the functions that were held here in the past;he imagined elegant gowns, fine wine being issued out by the gallons, and an essential band complimented by a single harpsicord player in the corner. What a treat to behold indeed, he thought to himself. He began to dance solo with his hands raised and his hands left open slightly, as if he weren't alone on the ball room floor. Twirling endlessly, step side to side, he closed his eyes and exhaled deeply to himself in complete rapture*

After finding no one in the library Lucca continued on and stopped a moment to peak within the ballroom. In her mind, she could see dozens of people dancing, smiling and laughing. People whom she knew and some who she didn't know. Her grip tightened around her dolls. She knew this scene all to well. In this scene she was younger, but not by much and human. In this familiar past, she could see her charming brother flirting shamelessly with any girl he met. Here, her eyes widened as the window of blue and red decoration burst apart and dozens of, what she thought, were demons flying into the rooms and taking people away as they screamed and ran for the closing doors. "Loki..." she whispered to herself softly as she moved forward into the ballroom, still seeing that scene. She could see the blur of faces rushing past her pushing her. She stumbled and fell, both in the past and on the ballroom floor. "Loki..." she searched frantically on her spot on the floor. Tears moving down her pale cheeks until she saw her brother, fighting the 'demons'. It was not very long before the battle her brother fought was over and he too was carried away out the window. "Loki!" Lucca screamed, the scene vanished and she stared now to the empty room, her small form shaking on the floor. The doll she held had been dropped back at the door and a fresh crack ran across its face.

Lucca had passed out for about an hour on the ballroom floor. Upon waking, she sat up quickly and glanced about her. The silence of the entire castle made her shiver a bit. She then sighed. "What is there to be afraid of Lucca?" she asked herself, standing. She dusted off her cloths before picking up the cracked doll. She stared at it a moment as she made her way out from the ballroom. "Such a pretty face..." she said, moving her fingers along the crack on the doll.

Cervan and Lucca moved from the dinning room into the ball room. "Wow..." Cervan muttered to himself. Releasing her hand and stepping back, he bowed to her and started to hum. Lucca smiled softly and held out her hand, curtsying to him. Taking her hand, he began to lead her in a simple three step dance, directing her when she didn't get it. He continued to hum, voice light and song simple.

As they stopped, Lucca bowed. "Thank you." she turned to leave. Cervan frowned. "Wait..." he moved before her. "I'm trying to cheer you up. You've been down lately..." She stared at him. "Please move, I'm hungry." Shaking his head, he knelt before her. "Come on, atleast smile. Tell me you were happy at least for a moment..." She sighed and placed her first finger on his forehead. A second later he was up against the wall. "I said please. I'll be in main room at the base of the stairs wating for you." she moved from the ballroom, leaving him there in shock.

And here she ran, ran as fast as she could. she did not like this room. Sometimes, at night when the storm was just right, every time a lightning bolt struck nearby and lit the sky making the room eliminate with bright white light she could see the ballroom full of people dancing. The song in her head played booming and loud, the forte nearing the adrenaline point as she riled herself up, bringing fear and worry as she yet continued to twirl every so often. The thunder rolled, but she made it! The doors on the other side beckoned her and she opened them great-fully, escaping the room and now making her way towards another.

Phew...that was close!
