Edit: Got Cranium Collector a little bit ago.
Edit 2: Up to 26% and got Secret Stickerist.
Edit 3: 29% and just acquired the High Score trophy.
If there's some I have that you don't know how to get (some of these are the ??? ones), feel free to ask.

I might as well ask now for future reference, Which ones are question trophies and how are they acquired?

I believe the two that I have that are marked in the list as ??? until you acquire them are:
Cranium Collector: Kill 100 creatures across all levels.
Secret Stickerist: Unlock the race in First Steps.
To unlock the race during the very first story level, First Steps, you should see a shoe shaped object hanging out in the air. Open up your Pop it and plant a shoe sticker on it. You'll unlock the race.
Also, if you want to Ace the level you'll need to unlock the race anyways. With the race unlocked as you run through, towards the end, you'll see a bridge with a funny colored piece at the end and a bird hanging low over it. Jump and grab the bird and swing across, the bridge will drop.
If you fall in, you see a video about trying again, which will cost a life and prevent you from getting the Ace.
