Reton arrives in a brand new training feild full of old school training dummies and some newer equipment. He waits for Watari and Len to arrive.

Reton turns and sees Len entering "Hey there Len, we'll get started as soon as Watari gets here." Reton looks around and waits for Watari. Then he grabs his leg and thinks to himself calmly "This damn leg better not act up here of all places, the last thing my students need to see is their Kage showing weakness. Which reminds me, I need to order more medication for it when i'm finished" Reton took his hand off his leg and walked over and sat underneath a tree "It might be a while, so you might as well relax"

"You're late Watari" Reton got up from underneath the tree "But in any case I didn't really expect you to be on time your first day of being a Genin. Well anyway I believe Len said he wanted to specialize in ninjutsu an what did you want to specialize in, Watari?"

((Specialize in ninjutsu, taijutsu or genjutsu))

"Ok but since im gonna have to teach you both some beginning ninjutsu, we need to find out what your first chakra element is. Genin only have one" Reton takes out slips of special chakra paper "You just enter a little chakra into this and it will tell you what it is, if it burns up its fire, soaked its water, slices its wind, crinkles its lightning, and if it crumbles away its earth" Reton hands Watari and Len the paper.

"Well it means that your first element is lightning. And very strangely your second element has appeared early as fire. But we won't work on fire until you become a Chuunin because if you try using your second element too early you might....." Cough cough "Completely and utterly destroy yourself" "So we'll work on fire for now, ok"

"Actually it means that you can use lightning now, but you have to wait until you become a Chuunin to use fire because if you try to use your second element too early then your body will not be able to handle the strain of the power and most likely it will kill you" Reton turns to Jin "I said for you and Shincho to go the all ninja training grounds for further training. Now leave this training ground and get to that one or you will have garbage duty around the entire village for the next three weeks! Are we clear, Jin?"

"Right now" Reton puts up two fingers and goes into a half meditative state "we have found your element and we will work on that later but first I think as an Uchiha your first priority is to activate your sharingan....so that's exactly what we're gonna do" Reton comes out of his meditative state "Sharingan!" Reton opens his eyes revealing his level 3 sharingan. "We should at least be able to activate your level 1 Sharingan if not do more"
