*pats kitty on head while passing to the Floo grate*

*floos to the Crafty Witch Office, too tired to apparate properly*

*enters security code for floo alarm* Can’t be too careful these days…

*stumbles out of floo*

*feels pain in the leg area*

*looks down to find one very traumatized kitten*



Nuffy**!!! What are you doing here?

*detaches half-crazed kitty from her leg and inspects the damage*

*cuddles Nuffy and carries her to the desk while scolding gently*

Nuffy! You know better than that…*nuzzles yowling feline*

Come here…*sits at desk to do update*

*is promptly placed under kitty arrest*

Well, I guess any further movement is subject to my parole feline….who is currently stretched out on my lap, and resists and rejects all movement for comfort or need.

*types out updates while she waits for Nuffy to settle down*

*puts hand over kitty’s eyes, closes own, takes a deep breath, and steps into the Floo*

(PS: No kittens were actually hurt in this episode, but Nuffy is now well trained to stay away from the Floo. But I really was under kitty arrest this morning...)
