Okay lets everything goes off without a hitch. LBP is an ultimate success sales are climbing like crazy (and so are PS3 unit sales). As with most popular games a series is started and a new game is started essentially LBP2
But could it even be possible? I mean the game so open ended.
I see two options
1. A new game is made and is a sequel nothings really changed just new levels etc.
or
2. No new game rather just expansions and add-ons. These include new developer made levels. New outfits, and Sackboy materials. Items etc.
This is my choice.
So what do you think?
(And if you haven't noticed I'm just kinda trying to pass time till the game arrives XP)

The idea of them releasing an actual sequel is possible, but I would imagine the only reason it would happen would be with an updated and new Level Editor side to the game.
I don't want to have to download a lot of large files, though, since space on my PS3 is already precious enough.
Currently there's no reason to ever have a sequel. New objects to add to use to make levels with can be DLC, as well as new things for your Sackboy. The current possibilities of things to do already push into the bounds of near infinite replayability.

If these things could be done through patches, then I don't see a reason for a part 2. The story was more of a thing to give people ideas on what they could do.
But If there's a part two and not possible for patches, I would want.
-Upload music or sounds to LBP
-More movement with the camera with creation mode.
-Able to move your sack person in different directions to make it easier to customize him.
I can see a reason for a psp version, but part two would be odd...

The tools could use some upgrades.
I'd like to actually move pieces more than what I can do already. I like switching planes, but what if I want to take a circle, spread it across three planes, and then stand it up like a pillar? I haven't been able to do so and it makes me sad.
