Welcome to the information and formation thread for EeveeClans. Here you may learn how to join a Clan and find an up to date list on all Clans. You may just think these 'Clans' are packs of eevees, but there's so much more to it. Its more than just living together and dealing with each other, its a way of life. But, is it the life for you?

GlossaryFivetrees-A clearing that the territories circle around and is where the Clans all meet at the full moon.
Murkrow food– Rotting berries and rubbish
Fresh berries – A berry for the purpose of consumption. Fresh berries are gathered by warriors, and given first to the elders, then the queens, and finally warriors and apprentices.
Gathering – The monthly meeting of the Clan held at places assigned as zones of truce when the moon is full. If the Clans begin to fight, StarClan shows their anger by sending clouds to cover the full moon.
Gathering Patrol – A group of eevees that patrol their territory to find berries to bring back for their Clan to eat.
Pet – A tamed eevee
Loner – An eevee that lives in one place by them self. Plus they don't defend their territory.
Rogue – A usually hostile eevee who does not have a permanent home.
Sharing Tongues – Eevees of the same Clan grooming each other, while sharing the latest gossip. An eevee lies, talking, while the other licks their fur, listening.
Silverpelt – The large swath of stars in the sky (believed in fandom to be the Milky Way). These stars are a direct representation of StarClan.
Tree-eater – A bulldozer.
Thunderpath – A road. Monsters use them to travel. Thunderpaths have an extremely acrid smell.
Twoleg – A human.
Twoleg kit – A human child.
Twoleg nest – A human's house.
Twolegplace – A human-built town.
**Time Terms**
Newleaf - The season of spring.
Greenleaf - The season of summer.
Leaf-bare - The season of winter.
Leaf-fall - The season of autumn.
Moon - The time between one full moon and the next, spanning 28 days.
Moonhigh - The point during the night when the moon is highest in the sky; midnight.
Half-Moon- About two weeks, half a month.
Quarter-Moon- About a week.
Sunhigh - The point during the day when the sun is highest in the sky; noon.
**Distance Terms**
Kitstep - Less than an inch.
Tail-length - About the length of an eevee's tail; approximately 1-2 ft.
Rabbit hop - About a foot and a half away. Mouse-tail - About an inch.
**Insults & Exclamations
Murkrowfood - A (harsh) insult comparing the recipient to rotting oldberries and rubbish.
Rattata will fly - An exclamation style statement (i.e.: That will happen when rattata fly.) used in many variations. Somewhat like Pigs might fly!
You fight like a pet! - a expression used to make fun of a way someone fights.
Berry-brain - A (friendly-harsh) insult. Severity of the insult is almost always decided by tone.
Glalie-hearted - An insult meaning cruel, cold-hearted, or evil (i.e. glalie-hearted Twolegs).
Sorry finds no berries or sorry fills no bellies - Means you can say sorry, but that will not undo what happened.
Beedrills in your brain - An exclamation style statement meaning a confused or an eevee not making sense (i.e Have bees swarmed in your brain?).

**Warrior Code**
I -
The Clan must be fed first before yourself! Never gather for yourself when sent out to gather for the Clan, you must wait until the rest of the Clan is fed. The only time one is allowed to break this rule is if they are on patrol. Elders and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Unless they have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders.
Defend your Clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with eevees from other Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan, as one day you may meet them in battle.
II -
You must fight to prove ones strength and defend your territory, not kill each other in battles.
III -
Your clan is above all others!
IV -
You must never tell secrets of your Clan to another Clan.
V -
You must never fall in love or breed with another Clan. You may only breed within your Clan. This is frowned upon for it creates divided loyalties.((Though it has been known of a couple eevees of doing this and one Clan keeping the kits, or the other changing Clans. They never blame the kits, though that is not always the case of the personal views of each eevee.))
VI -
You must never gather on another's territory. Do not gather or trespass on another Clan's territory.((This rule gets broken many times when berries are scarce ones area))
VII -
Protect and defend your territory, not just from other Clans but from rogue eevees and pets.
VIII -
Always respect your elders!
IX -
Berries are taken only to be eaten. Give thanks to StarClan for your food.
X -
A kit must be at least half a moon old to become an apprentice.
XI -
Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after their warrior ceremony.
XII -
An eevee cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice.
XIII -
The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies or retires. After death or retirement of the deputy, a new deputy must be chosen before moonhigh.
XIV -
A gathering of all four Clans is held at each full moon during the truce that lasts for the night. There shall be no fighting among Clans at this time.
XV -
No warrior may neglect a kit in pain or in danger, even if that kit is from a different Clan. ((Not all eevees follow this though))
XVI -
The word of the Clan leader is the warrior code.
XVII -
An honorable warrior does not need to kill other eevees to win his battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or it is necessary for self-defense.
XVIII-
A warrior rejects the soft life of a pet.
Medicine Eevee Code
I-
You must dedicate your life to learning herbs and interpreting the signs of StarClan. You're faith must not waver and you must be cofident in giving guidence to your leader. You must remain loyal to your Clan, and all Clans, no matter what.
II-
Every eevee has a right to life and a Medicine Eevees duty is to help an eevee from any Clan. Most times, this is not supported by Leaders, for each Clan has its own Medicine Eevee, but in times of dire need, Medicine Eevees often ignore their leader.
III-
Medicine Eevees may love, and may have kits, but are not allowed to raise them and all the same, no cross Clan relationships. The kits must be raised/helped raised by the Clan Healer and the Medicine Eevee must continue to carry out their duties.
IV-
No eevee may stop you from traveling to the Moonstone. This is punishable by StarClan. The rivalries that which apply to warriors do not apply the same to Medicine Eevees. On rare occasions of need, Medicine Eevees may visit one another to share herb or warnings.
V-
If a Medicine Eevee dies, their apprentice or, in the instance there is no Medicine apprentice, the Clan Healer takes their place.
VI-
Ever half-moon, you will visit the Moonstone to share tounges with StarClan and seek their wisdom.
The Healer Code
I-
You must dedicate your life to feeding your Clan. You must also learn the basic skills of a Medicine Eevee for while the Medicine Eevee is absent, you must fill in. It is your duty also to give guidence to any eevee in the Clan who seeks it. It is also your duty to interpret signs from StarClan to predict when times of famine will be hard, if the next season will be bountiful or harsh,a nd if assistance from another Clan may be required. You must be honest to you're leader and tell them everything StarClan relates to you.
II-
Healers may love, and may bear kits. You may care for and raise your kits, unlike a Medicine Eevee.
III-
If a Medicine Eevee bears kits, it is your duty to raise/help raise them. You make sure the kits know who their parents were, but that they can never ahve any bonds with their Medicine Eevee parent.
IV-
If a Medicine Eevee dies and they have no apprentice to take their place, you become the Medicine Eevee and train a new Healer.
Info
Camp - The place where a Clan makes their home.
Leader's Den - The den in camp that belongs to the Clan leader.
Medicine Eevee's Den - The den in camp that belongs to the Clan's medicine eevee. Sometimes referred to as the Medicine Den.
Warriors' Den - The den in camp that is shared between the warriors of that Clan.
Healer's Den- The den in camp that belongs to the Clan Healer.
Apprentices' Den - The den in camp that is shared between the apprentices of that Clan.
Elders' Den - The den in camp that is shared between the elders of that Clan.
Nursery - The den in camp that is shared by the queens and kits of that Clan.
Clan Ranks
Kit - A an eevee younger than half a moon.
Apprentice - An eevee at least half a moon old, and training to be a warrior. Apprentice duties include caring for the elders and bringing fresh berries for the elders and nursing queens.
Mentor - A fully-grown (usually experienced) eevee who is currently training an apprentice. Medicine eevees can also train apprentices to help them, and eventually succeed them.
Warrior - A mature eevee who has completed their warrior training. A female is considered a warrior when she does not have kits.
Queen - A female with kits to take care of or who is pregnant with kits.
Elder - An elderly eevee who cannot gather or fight any more. Elders are greatly honored and respected by their Clan for all the effort and hard work they have given to help the Clan prosper.
Medicine Eevee - An eevee who heals injuries, who is skilled with herbs, leaves and natural cures and sometimes receives special signs or prophecies from StarClan.
Healer- An eevee who preserves, dries, and stores extra food times for the clan to consume in leafbare aswell as help interpret signs from Starclan on their Clan's wellbeing and health in seasons to come.
Deputy - A warrior that the leader selects after the death of the previous deputy to become the next leader after the current leader dies. An eevee must have trained at least one apprentice before becoming a deputy. Deputies are in charge of various Clan tasks, such as assigning gathering patrols.
Leader - An eevee who controls the entire Clan. Holding the most important rank in the Clan, a leader is granted nine lives by StarClan so they "can be first in every battle," basically giving them extra time to serve and lead their Clan.
The Clan's main food source are berries. A wide variation grow on all the territories in groves, patches, everywhere. But, they have to fight of other wild pokemon to protect their food too. They are trained in hunting, so they may tack down the intuders and chase them off, and trained for battle, incase of border disputes on fights.

Note: These are the only clans in the eevee world. There may be groups of rouges or loners, but not considered Clans. There is, at the moment, one tribe, though no eevee knows yet of its existance.

EarthClan has made its home on the grassy plains the are located where the mountains of the Tribe and Mt. Thunder converge. These are lush hills with berry vines, brambles, bracken, and heather, along with herbs used by the Medicine Eevee. There are tunnels leading to different parts of the territory, but all connect at their partially underground camp. EarthClan camp is in the heart of a grove of thick trees and vines. All kinds of foliage thrives here. The canopy of leaves are so thick that a green lighted shade is cast down upon those within is. This grove is in a dip of the land, and stretches far. Their camp is centered around a crystal clear pool, giving them water whenever it may be needed. Above ground, there is the leader's den, a tree growing at the edge of the large pool with a den formed beneath its roots. Also above ground is the main elder's den, warrior's den, and nursery. Below ground there is a large hollowed out area where eevees tend to congregate to share tongues or to eat. Depending on the season depends on where most time is spent. There's also an underground warrior's den, nursery, elder's den, apprentice den, medicine den, and healer den. Flareons of EarthClan are known to keep small fires kindled below ground to keep their dens warm in winter, and in summer, they have no fires, allowing the grounds air to cool them. There's also some underground water reserves. EarthClan is known for their swiftness, agility, and open hostility to intruders. EarthClan has always been led by a Leafeon, Subtereon, or Flareon, and these evolutions make up the majority of the Clan. Its also common for their to be Buggeons, Aereons, or Jolteons in EarthClan.

The edge of EarthClan territory by the Tribe's mountain is a large river. This river runs all along the border of CascadeClan's territory, turning their home into an island of sorts. Thir territory is moist and marsh like, squishing and squelching underpaw. Willow trees grow all over its lands, with crystalline streams running throughout the territory. Berrys are not as bountiful here, so CascadeClan also relies on underwater edible plants, flowers, and the occasional fish. The leader's den is in a hollowed out space in a tall standing rock, and their camp is on a mini island, encircled in water, but its the dryest land on the territory. The elder's den is in a huge hollowed out willow log. The other dens are in hollowed out spaces under willow trees, except for the warrior's den, which is a shelter of thickly woven ferns, creating a waterproof roof. They are renown for their swimming skills and sharp tongues. CascadeClan has never been led by any other evolution but Vaporeons, Glaceons, and Espeons. Besides these evolutions, its also common to see Umbreons or Spookeons in this Clan.

Darkclan territory is on the other side of EarthClan territory where the hills fall down to a pine forest. The forest has houlders covered in moss everywhere, and most of the territory is sheltered from the sun by the vast pine and evergreen trees. near the back of their territory, its turns a bit marsh like, with some edible plants and the far end of a swamp. Darkclan occasionally allies itself with the pokemon of the swamp in return for favors or gain. Berry bushes are in random spots on this territory, with the most uncommon and exquisite berries. Behind DarkClan territory are a mountain range of snowy peaks. Near their base is DarkClan camp, sheltered by the pines, with a stream running right though their camp. The Leader's den is an old hoothoot hole low on a pine tree. The elder's den is a cleft of rock with plenty of space underneath to shelter. The other dens are made of thickly woven brush and plants. DarkClan is known for their abilities to merge with shadows and slip undetected by any other. They are cold to trespassers, but are quite diplomatic. Darkclan is always led by an Umbreon, Toxeon, or Spookeon. Other evolutions that thrive here are Glaceons, Steeleons, and Stoneons.

Beside DarkClan territoery is where SunClan territory begins, and it stretches around Fivetrees to the other side of CascadeClan territory. This territory is up on a plateau with a lush lush overgrown forest. Vines are everywhere, berries in every place, great trees wherever you look. Between the greatest four oak trees, there's a dip in the ground with loamy soft soil. At one side of the camp is the leader's den, a couple of boulders leaning on each other covered in lichen and moss. At the base of one oak is the medicine den and healer den in one, both important eevees living in the fern and brcken den. There's a cave on one side of the dip where the elders make their home, and the other dens are clustered beneath another oak. Sunclan is the most sociable with each other, and are more then willing to sleep in tight spaces for they find them cozy. SunClan is known for its lithe flexible eevees that easily maneuver the wild growth. Evolutions that lead SunClan are Buggeon and Jolteon, perhaps the occasional Brawleon. The rest of Sunclan's population, including thos evolutions mentioned are mostly Leafeons and Espeons.

Evolutionclan is in behind where CascadeClan and SunClan converge. It has thick lush forests, though they're a bit choppy. Berry vines grow thickly here, and they eat well all year round because they're able to preserves so many berries. There is a deep rocky gorge in the middle of their territory, stretching across to the back of their territory where the land becomes even with the deep wide rocky void. All of their clan live in the various caves in the rockface. They have a water supply directly in camp, running out from an underwater river in a small cave in the middle of the gorge bottom. The river flows out to the back of their territory and leads away. EvolutionClan is known for its acceptance of all and strength. Any evolution may lead EvolutionClan, for their name was given to them for their ways.

It is Currently: Newleaf
Vegatation is reviving one more. Insects ad birds are returning, and their noises wake eevees in the early morning, yet to adjust back to the sounds. EarthClan is wandering outside of their underground caves once more. SunClan is joyful to see the new buds and sprouts. DarkClan is aware of the once again moist marshes, while Cascadeclan is relieved for warmer waters and no threat of snowstorms. EvolutionClan is spreding once more to the extra caves, no longer huddling together on a cold night.

Joining a Clan
Have an eevee that wants to join a Clan? Simply pm the Clan leader's owner and me, Taki-di, and I'll add your eevee to the list that it belongs in. Also, include an HTML code and image of your eevee.
At the moment, mearly pm me with the eevees image, HTML, and the clan you'd like your eevee to join.
