this is my first time RPing so if i make a mistake can you help me out, thanks.
[hehe.. told you I can make your post say what ever I want ^_^] anyways.. you need to start the rp with a story for it.. such as the countries are at war or some dumb s**t like that.. And then you need to make a set of rules and make a black and white list...
