A vast savanah-like expanse of land covered by... clouds? Yep. There is a thick layer of clouds similar to mist that covers the grass and the ground on these fields. Basically, it gives one the impression of walking on the clouds themselves. This location is often used in Kumogakure postcards and on the cover of photo albums.
