Help! My stages are messed up!

Whenever I try to play on a custom stage, the background appears in the wrong spot, and its black everywhere else and gets all messed up. I know there's nothing wrong with the stages, because they work on a different screen pack. Does anyone know whats wrong? and how do I fix it?

Sorry to say you gotta reset your stuff, I can re-download WingMugen and check it out for myself if it's the screenpack, the game itself, or the stages.
So send your stages and i'll check it out.

My screenpack is just the regular hi-res, nothing has ben done to it,

and these are just a few of my stages (they all have the same problem)

I downloaded the old version of win mugen , and it works fine thanks anyway. But now I can't get it full screen, it says its not compatible or something...
