Reton stands in front of the line of Genin. "Listen up guys. This second part of the Exam is a one on one match tournament. Now you don't have to win to become a Chuunin, you can come in dead last and still become a Chuunin. This tournament is to mainly show the Raikage and myself your skills. So use any elemental jutsu, bloodline jutsu, taijutsu, genjutsu, or whatever you might have in your jutsu/weapon arsanal. Now take a look at the match sheet. Since there are three of you, one of you is gonna have to do one less match, and I chose you Kai since the Raikage was bragging about you."
