The arena is simple. The outer edge is covered in trees. In the middle, is a plain grassy field.
Hideki Bijin was leaning on the wall next to the entrance. He was looking around at the stands. "Not many people up there today," he sighed. Lately, not much has been going on really.

A man, more than likely unfamiliar to Hideki, stepped into the arena. This man was not a member of the village, but an allied one. He was Takayuki Mazogawa, a Jounin of the great Gaioh Village. He was here on a visit to make relations with his allies and see how strong somo of them were. "Oy! I'm Taka. I hear your looking for a person to duel with." He raised a thumb up, pointing to himself. "I'll be that challenger if you want."

Alright. This oubt to shake off the boredom, said Hideki. In his right hand he held a rather large scythe, his weapon of choice.
"You're not from around here, are you?"

Taka shook his head no. "I'm from an allied village of yours. I am Takayuki Mazogawa of Gaioh Village and second in comand of the Akuma Clan." He reached to his side and pulled off of his belt a pair of gloves with spikes made of solid steel in the spaces between the knuckles. The spikes were razor sharp and caught a glint of sunlight. "I'll make this a good match for you." He reached up and opened one of the scroll holders in the front of his ninja vest. He opened it all the way and made handseals. Taka vanished in a large cloud of white smoke only to be shown again weilding a pair of Kama. He spun them around his hands and began to advance on his opponent. "Let us begin, eh?"
Mid walk, he stepped down hard on his right foot, sending him into a run. He ran a straight line and swung the kama in his rightt hand at a sideways angle, and kept the other ready to defned if needed. Taka's eyes stayed on Hideki's hands. They would tell him where his counter would come from if he made one.
((A kama is kinda like a small scythe that one can weild with one hand, just in case you didn't know.))

Hideki pushed off the his left, holding his scythe as to tail behind. With the blade of the scythe jutting out to the right, the Bijin also ran strait, keeping it so if they were to pass, Taka would run right into the curved blade. With each step, the chain coming off the end of the scythe's shaft rattled.

Taka ran to Hideki as quickly as he could. At nearly the last second, he noticed the blade and his position. Not wanting to be skewered by the scythes blade, he leaped over Hideki, kamas up to protect his midsection from taking damage, and landed in a crouch at his back. From this position, he stuck his Kama between his legs and turned them so the blade pointed outwards and ripped it back. If Taka got it between his legs, he would have knocked Hideki to the ground.

Taka's tactic had worked. Now on the ground with what must have been gashes on his legs, Hideki needed to think fast... Or buy time. He quickly did some handsigns in order to use the most basic of his bloodline techniques. "Kemu no Jutsu!" Once finishing those words, Hideki rolled to the left, emiting a thick smokescreen from his very body. Like normal smoke, this would be irritating to both eyes and throat. Slowly, this field of smoke would eventually cover the entire arena.

((*Interrupt Attack!* As Hideki fell to the ground, Taka had an amazing idea! Once Hideki was down, Taka delivered him a swift kick to the groin, winning him the match!
I wish... XD But I BELIEVE you did leave me a chance for an IA though... But correct me if I'm wrong.))
*INTERRUPT ATTACK!*
Taka smirked as him tactic worked. He had originaly intended on skipping step two of his plan, but he felt in the position that Hideki was in left him perfect for it. While he was lying on the ground, at the same time that Hideki had brung his hands together, Taka had reached his arms out so that they were parallel with Hideki's legs and forcibly thrusted them down and in a backwards angle, so that if Hideki didn't avoid the attack, not only would Taka have given him gashes across the front of his legs, but also deep gashes going down the backs of his legs. If Hideki didn't move fast enough to evade the attack, it could mean one of two things--The end of the match, or he would be without use of his legs.
