FrankFrank is a mysterious character, found in The Train. He is the first NPC you meet during the game and gives you your first Task. The reason why he is so mysterious, is because after exiting the train and talking with Barry at the Old Station, you learn that you were apparently the only passenger said to be taking the train, and Frank is no where to be found.
