This is a thread as a memorial for a great voice actor, Joe Ranft. In case his name doesn't ring a bell,
he has been the voice of Heimlech in "A Bug's Life", Wheezy in "Toy Story 2", and Roz
from "Monsters Inc. I just want to say he will be sorely missed. I will now put date of
birth and death, and how he died in here. I hope if you come here this will be a way to
pay your respects to this legend.
Joe Ranft (birth name:Joseph Henry Ranft) Birth: March 13, 1960 in Pasedena,CA
Death:August 16th, 2005
Spouse:Sue Ranft (? - 16 August 2005) (his death) 2 children
Father of Jordan Ranft and Sophia Ranft.
Death occurred when he was a passenger in a car that veered off the road
and plunged 130 feet into the Pacific Ocean. The driver was also killed, and
another passenger was hospitalized with moderate injuries.

It figures, some of the best actors voice over or none are dieing, same thing goes with singers. I hope he has a better life and is waiting for his family on the other side.
