The Council of the Seven Elders is the group that governs WoodLock. As their name implies, the council consists of seven elves who are far older than any other creature. It is said that a few of them were alive since before Jesus Christ was born. Their longevity has brought wisdom, and countless thousands of years worth of magical knowledge. They are all-seeing, and thusly are kept constantly aware of what is happening in the worlds.
