Dang, that is some crumby timing.... ah, but they have moved transcontinental so soon you shall meet them!
[To be honest, the meetings aren't all that great. They make you eat seaweed and jelly-drink and watch people puke in a stuffy room... well at least that's what they do at Tekko.]

Yuh, I SOWWY LaVi. That SuX SOOOO bad!!! But hopefully U'll be able to meet em soon enough! And liek Immi said, [which I didn't know] But I guess Gaia is expanding themselves to different countries. I guess they have come a LONG way since they set up shop here in Milpitas CA. [yesh, their office is in liek teh next city over from San Jose where I live. At least that's what muh friend said! >.<]

Immi talks about Tekkoshocon. Convention based in Pittsburgh. At the Gaia panel, they didn't have a big enough room and jammed people in until they couldn't, then turned other people away....
To win prizes like a watermeat, people ate seaweed and some jelly drink thing and it made I think 2 people puke. 1 person deffinitely I know puked....
It was hot and stuffy and you got free gold for going.

FanimeCon comes to San Jose once a year! BUT it alrdy came around this year! AND muh friend told meh that this past year he got in for ree cuz one of his friends works it! I WISH I woulda known that BEFORE teh con! BUT next year I'll go fo sho!!! Even if I gotta pay!!!

Meh, I'm over it now. My friends are going, and they promise to nab me any freebies there might be. And hopefully they'll be there next year in May. So yay =]

i almost went to the one in san jose last time but i didnt have the money for a bus ticket. my friend nicole over there would have boughten me the ticket for me. as a bday present. oh wells. maybe next time.

Thish a quote dated back in august on teh fanimeCon websitee. There has been a couple of updates since then But this one talks about teh dates it'll be held:
"The next FanimeCon is set for May 22 to May 25, 2009 at the San Jose Convention Center. On-line registration and new art for 2009 are still underway. We hope to have the full 2009 web site in September."
