I think it's the only seasonal event which has been commercialised/americanised in a really good way. 'Cause it's so awesomely fun!
We get candy, get high, have fun; they sell cool crap, get money, have fun!
Everyone's a winner!
O: I wonder if they celebrate Halloween in the Caribbean...
