Alright, i'm bored so i'm posting a new topic. How about we share some of our favorite modern and contemporary artists from both the visual (this includes manga and anime), literary, and performing fields. Stay, chat,... enjoy. Recommend an artist or just be random ninja

lol! one quick question before i post anything serious: what's a contemporary artist? oh, another thing, what if you like most anime in general, but you dont know who draws it, so you cant post names. what then?

umm........how about Kaori Yuki? she does the manga Godchild, it's kinda creepy but good ^^

i love her art. i also love that manga too. although i havent finished reading all of it. i just started it over again, and still have yet to ask my friend to borrow more ^^;

i haven't the slightest clue about manga artists.. i really only included it cause i figured no one would post a darn thing. in terms of animation though, i really enjoy Miyazaki's films... and joe hisaishi's instrumental scores, mm... can you say wow?!!!! yeah, i really love those two guys heart
oh, and itam-chan.. contemporary refirs to your day and age. so artists of today.

lol ^^ silly little cousin
some really good artists at my school are teresa zaffarano, rebekah niblock (i think that's how she spells her name) umm..........they're the only two i can think of right now, musicians include bryanne presely, and people that graduated are michael webster, emily kuennan, and others who knows, mebe we'll see them in the world of art soon
