Following up:
We apologize for the delay in getting everyone their items. We had to track down UPCs and retailers, and there was some confusion over when the cards hit the stores. At this point:
- we expect this fix to go out Monday. This means from Monday onwards you'll be able to redeem your cards and get your object immediately.
- We know about cards that grant Pongo and zOMG boxes.
- Over Monday and Tuesday we will be granting items for those people that have already redeemed their cards, so you can expect to be ferretized(*) by Tuesday of next week.
I'll post in this thread again on Monday with the status, so please keep this thread subscribed.
(*) Ferretize: to be in the state of having a ferret. I know this isn't a word, but it sounds so cool that it should be!

Okay, here's the story:
- the Best Buy card and "Pongo the Ferret" are both legitimate. It is a Best Buy exclusive.

Thats right! We finally have a ferret on Gaia! His name is Pongo, but there seems to be a slight glitch in getting him to show up in the system. But, the things to take away from this is: There's a ferret on Gaia now! Wooooo!
