I have had a lot of complaints of the Banned card list chosen and I would like everyone to know that I will be getting rid of that list. Now we, as in the whole guild, will decide which cards will be put on the Forbidden/Limited list.
Here is how you can get involved:
Post in this thread a card that you think should be banned or limited (if you choose limited you must decide if there can only be one or two of that card in someone's deck) in this guild. Do not forget to give a good reason in doing so. After I realize that you have posted in this thread, I will check out your suggestion. Your suggestion might be accepted, declined, or I will change it to where I think it is better suited. This thread will contain a list of all the cards we have agreed on to either limit or ban from the guild.
Here are a few examples (by me of course):
NeTokyo Cards that I think should be banned: Monster Reborn (because the only negative effect of this card is that it has to be face up) Raigeki (because it has no negative effect) Harpies Feather Duster (because it has no negative effect) Jinzo (because if you have mostly traps in your deck, you're screwed) Card Destruction (it's no fun if you lose a good hand) Dark Hole (it's no fun if it wipes out all the monsters on the field) Cards that I think should be limited to one: Graceful Charity (Nice card, but would suck to have more than one because of it's negative effect) Magician of Faith (again, nice card, this one should be limited to one because it doesn't have a negative effect)

Here are cards that should be banned otherwise we all would be in a chaotic situation:
Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning (way to easy to special summon and could end the game in a few turns)
Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End (again the same thing with Black Luster Soldier)
Chaos Sorcerer (Way to easy to special summon and it would get annoying from time to time)
Exchange of the Spirit (If used right it can win the duel in an OTK before u even draw!!!)
Last Turn (It pretty much takes the fun out of the game if only 2 monsters battle and it would cause lots of problems)
Painful Choice (Makes it easier to special summon Exodia Necross)
Thousand Eye Restrict (Its worse than a mill deck)
Victory Dragon (if it attacks u directly and your LP's drop to 0 u lose the match)
Witch of the Black Forest(Makes easier to bring out strong monster with high ATK and low DEF like Monarchs)
Yata-Garasu (Hate that little bird)

why is Polymerization limited to 1? that's gonna take a nasty effect on duelists who use Elemental Heros unless they run with mulitiple copies of Elemental Hero Woodsman also y not limit Powebond to 1? bcuz that could make Cyber End Dragon b at 8000 ATK if used right.

Polymerization hasn't been limited ever .... crap i meant Powerbond xd if ur taking out Horus LV 8 then u should take out Sorcerer of Dark Magic

k, I say that Luster Soldier- Envoy of the beginning should be limited , not banned and I agree with the only 1 poly situation we should be able to have more cause I mean, goodbye to my E hero's, um...... Warriors, Gladiator Beasts, well...... Oh and my Spirit/Ojama deck too.... OH!! and dont forget synchros!!

Polymerization has always been limited to one, even when the game was first released (if you ever read the list in the little booklet that came with the starter decks). Further more, Monster Reborn, Pot of Greed, Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Begining, and Painful Choice were officially banned from the card game just like Polymerization is officially limited. I can't do anything about that when someone asks for those cards to banned/limited. Besides, I agree with their choice.
