I know there's the episodes that makes us laugh, the episodes that make us learn something from it, and then there's the episodes that make us ask, "What just happened?"

Well those episodes are good, but what about the ones that make you cry? Got any of those?

Hmm...

Mine are:

My Lunch: Dr. Cox goes practically crazy!
My Screw Up: Ben dies.
Don't remember the title: when Laverne dies.

There's been a couple of sad episodes for me. Can't really narrow it down to an exact one being the saddest.

My saddest episode was probably from the first season "My old lady".

and a little ironic note, I'm watching the episode that lavern dies in right now, its called "My Long Goodbye"

The saddest one for me was when Laverne dies.
I cried when I was watching the last episode of season 8 when JD looks at the banner at the future.

the one where all of dr. cox's patient dies cause that one girl who gave up her organs had rabies or something like that. that was really sad for me. crying
