 The Samurai. To be a samurai was to be a man of the sword. The sword was not merely a weapon of choice; it was essential-one could not be a samurai without it. In fact, the samurai warrior and his sword were almost never separated. Through the samurai might leave his larger weapons out of doors,he kepta short sword near at hand at all times. Such was the way of the samurai.
Ninja. In feudal Japan there was a special class of warriors. Their element was darkness, and their murderous technique relied on stealth, speed, and deception. These nocturnal spy-assassins became known as the ninja.
Welcome to the land of Nippon. A land torn by warring clans of Samurai warriors. They live by the sword & die by the sword. Nippon is a land of magic. Humans live & fight with mythical creatures. Dragons, spirits & creatures so evil & ancient no one knows there true name or form. Come inside & fight alongside warriors of honor & conquer your enemies. In Nippon there are five legions The Red Suns, The Night Shadows, The Blue Moons, Ninja's of the North, Samurai of the South, and The Elite Rouges.

If you have the potential in the ways of fighting he will let you live out of respect for the way of the sword, but if not your end will be swift. Now Nodachi never smile's for he used to have a family but they were all killed off by the clans of Nippon, but now to ease his pain he fight's for he hopes after he kills every clan leader and clan member he will find peace. He is also an excessive drinker

Background, The Takeharu family is one of the most well-known and respected ninja clans; But they are so adept at what they do, no one knows exactly which members are actual ninjas and which ones are normal citizens. So when Arashi was born as the only child of the Takeharu family head, it was only natural that she would be trained in the ways of the skillful assassins and spies (though she was a woman). After a lifetime of training, 17-year-old Arashi now works as one of the best ninjas in the country of Nippon. No one knows who exactly she is, except for the aliases she uses. She has recently taken up the position as a guardian to the royal family —but should the royal family do something that would not be for the better of Nippon, she could also turn into the assassin of the royal family.

"Hiccup man I don't think I should've drank so much, well I might as well just head home" Nodachi said as he headed off in the wrong direction because he was drunk. Instead of going to his house he accidently headed off to the palace. When he got to the palace he tried to walk through the door but was thrown back by two guards "Who goes there" said one of the guards in a demanding tone, "Who goes there... what are you talking about this is my house" Nodachi said in a very rude voice. Nodachi then again began to walk towards the doors "Sir if you do not back down we will be forced to apprehend you" the other guard said as he drew his sword and glared at Nodachi. "Now son do you even know the first thing about sword fighting" Nodachi said to the first guard "I know enough to take care of people like you" the guard said. "Well then let's go!" Nodachi yelled as he ran at the guards drawing his sword, the guards then went to defend themselves but were too slow Nodachi then used two easy strokes on the guards knocking them into the wall and knocking them out.
He then entered the palace with his sword drawn and blood dripping from it.

㋭ Shiff! Arashi awoke swiftly. No sign of doziness was in her eyes, though she had been inconspicuously napping while crouched in a corner on the ceiling. Imperial guard work was generally dull and inactive for most threats were deftly handled by the foot soldiers outside. But tonight, something was different. Her keened senses felt it in the air. The sound of approaching footsteps alerted her to the presence of another, and affirmed her suspicions. Holding her breath and shifting further back into the long shadows of the ceiling board, she waited for the figure to pass. Then she was it: a drunken man passing through the halls with a bloodied katana. She knew he was drunk from the strong scent of alcohol from his breath. The blood on his sword was fresh, for it emanated a fragment of body heat that it formerly contained. The man, whoever he was, had murdered at least two of the guard. This was the very reason why the palace kept people like her around. Silently, she drew down from the rafters and followed after the mysterious figure.
In the spirit of fairness and honor, though most of the time she was not apt to keep it, she threw two throwing stars through the air. They whipped past the man's ears and whizzed back into her hands, where she pocketed them quickly. They served as a warning. A true ninja never spoke to their opponent unless there was real cause to do so; Otherwise one could lose the clandestine nature of their identity with the sound of their voice. Before the man turned around she was back up into the shadows of the ceiling rafters, waiting to see how he reacted. If he was a true samurai, he would instantly recognize her warning and stop moving forward. However, if he was just a drunk and stupid idiot, he would merely mistake her stars for a light breeze and continue walking. And that would be a foolish decision indeed... ㋭

"You might as well come down from there little missy, otherwise I might have to call the guard for you young lady are trespassing on my property" Nodachi said pretending to act as if he was completely drunk. He then sheathed his sword trying to act sincere. He then waited for a response but not hearing any he threw his sword at the roof were he thought she was.

㋭ It struck its mark with a dull thud as it vibrated to and fro, sinking deeper into the wooden rafter. Arashi was no longer on the ceiling, but hiding in the shadows along a wall right beside the man. "Ah! So he is a warrior! A truly moronic one, but one with a few skills nonetheless." she ascertained. Obviously he had noted the intent of her throwing stars and had stopped. Yet this stranger seemed to insist that he was one of the royal officials. Arashi was not so easily fooled; She had been employed at the palace long enough to know exactly who was a noble and who was not. And this man was most certainly not one of noble standing by any measure. But why would a drunken stranger kill a few guards and then go traipsing about posing as one of the imperial aristocracy? She had to find out his motives without the use of speech.
Slowly she withdrew a flute-like bamboo carving and stuck a bunch of pointed needles into it. Normally she would use her darts to deliver a fatal blow, but this was to serve for other purposes. Silently she blew the metal points into the floor, creating patterns that formed the haphazard words that were legible. It was a sign of her pure ingenuity as a ninja and of her skill to think creatively in any given situation. Spelled out clearly on the floor just in front of the man was: なぜここにいるか。 (Just what is your purpose here, stranger?)㋭

"So you aren't as smart as I thought little one, so tell me this why would you risk your life to defend the clans when they do nothing for you" Nodachi said as the beer began to lose its affect. He then jumped up grabbed his sword and landed in the exact same spot he was standing before.

㋭ Little one? What had Arashi done to give away her age? Anyways, who was he to dub her "little"? He appeared to be very close to her in age. "Well, this jig is up." she thought definitively. The way the man had spoken with such unrestrained contempt for the clans of the royal system and directly avoided answering her question revealed that he was a focused killer with only one goal in mind: to get rid of the royal family. Arashi decided that it was far too late to bother with concealing her identity; She was going to have to perform her duty and silence the brute.
She cast of the kimono she had been wearing to blend in with the noble household, allowing it to fall to the floor in front of him as she simultaneously landed behind him. The sound of her feet hitting the floor was so quiet that it was easily overpowered by the faint puff of the plummeting garb. Now she was unrestrained in her ninja garments and held the advantage of surprise. her eyes peered at him from behind the dark mask she wore. Silently she drew her knives and lunged at his open back...㋭

㋭ Arashi was startled, but not completely taken aback by her opponents speed. In mid-lunge, she pivoted her body around to where the man's sword passed inches away from her side. A soft "kachink" resounded as the blade struck the ground. Arashi landed in front of him and dove for his eyes.㋭

"You are still too slow" Nodachi said as he jumped out of the way leaving his sword in the ground. when he stood back up he pulled two kodachi out of his sleeves and stood there waiting for the next attack.
