Until my color guard has to be ready for a comp. Im nervous,we haven't practiced together for a long time. We've been spending all of our time on training the freshies. Do you guys have any suggestions? I need your help, because failure is not an option here so how might i keep with that? All the advice you can give would be great, thanks. -c/Tsgt. Moss CA-20063rd

I think that lots of battalions are having this problem right now :/ The most that I can say is designate one person to be in charge of the fish? My unarmed team is going through the same problem right now. So our Colonel made the decision to pull the 1st Sergeant from Foxtrot [unarmed company] Varsity team and she is only to train the JV team. She's not even on Varsity. Rough. I really think that we're gonna suffer because our first drill meet is in Denton this Saturday scream Good luck to us both wink

Good luck, you guys! Our drill team needs to get our last three memebers to finally show up. That way, we'll have enough members to compete without being the laughingstock of the meet (we need a minimum of twelve members). The reason is that we've got a drill meet on the 31st of this month at East Aurora. Then a week later we've got the Chicagoland meet on 8 Feb.
Early in the year, however, we were having problems getting people to show up for practice. I guess telling people that we have a drill meet coming up gets people to show up.
