In modern day, the mythology of the Greeks, and their gods, are nothing but myths. No one believes in them, and if they're not known through the myths, they're forgotten, lost in the sands of time. But what if, they weren't just myths. What is they were real, and there actually was a Mt. Olympus that floated invisibly in the clouds. What if, the seasons really were controlled by the goddess Demeter, and the sea was really controlled by Poseidon?
To tell you the truth, they are real, and Mt. Olympus is right above the Empire State Building in New York. The Greek gods of Mt. Olympus have followed western civilization for centuries, always above the most prosperous ones. But the gods get tired of Mt. Olympus and come to the mortal world sometimes, as humans. When they do, sometimes, they mate with mortals. The result are Half-Bloods. These half-bloods aren't aware of what they are, they think they're merely human, and all the weird things that go on around them are just part of normal day life.
Little do they know, that one of their parents is an Olympian God.
Theres a camp, called Camp Half-Blood for kids born of Greek gods.
Now, just two more questions:
1.) Have...weird things been happening to you? Myabe like you thought you heard a dolphin talk to you. Or maybe, when your happy plants grow, and when your sad they seems to wilt?
2.) Do you have ADHD, ADD, or dyslexia, or maybe all of them?
If so, then maybe Camp Half-Blood is where you belong.
Campers usually get to Camp Half-Blood when they're 12 or 13, and there are no campers over 18. There's two types of campers:
Year-round campers
Summer campers.

Zeus
God of the sky and thunder. No child has ever been born of Zeus.

Hera
Goddess of women, marriage, and motherhood.
Her children have brown hair, ranging from light brown to dark brown or auburn. They tend to be very caring people and love children or people younger than them. They can change the mood of people around them.

Poseidon
God of the sea and earthquakes. No child has ever been born of Poseidon.

Demeter
Goddess of fertility, seasons, agriculture, and nature.
Her children have a drown or red hair color. They are very good with plants and tend to love being outside. They can control plants.

Aphrodite
Goddess of love and beauty.
They have blond or red hair and blue or green eyes. They're very loving and more beautiful than others. They care about their appearance, guys and girls. Then can charm people.

Apollo
God of healing, light, poetry, music, prophecy, archery, and truth.
His children have blond to light brown hair. They're very sensitive and good with ranged weapons.

Aries
God of war.
His children have brown or black hair. They're very strong and full of themselves. They're really good with any melee weapon an enjoy contact sports. They're very competitive.

Artemis
Goddess of the hunt, maidens, and the moon.
Her children have blond, brown, or black hair. They tend to like the night better than the day. They enjoy outdoor sports like hiking and are very good with bows. They're very stealthy.

Athena
Goddess of wisdom.
Her children have blond or brown hair. They tend to be very smart and think things through. THey love to gain more knowledge but are also very good with weapons.

Hephaestus
God of fire and forges.
His children have brown or black hair. They are very hands on and are sometimes very reclusive.

Hermes
God of speed, and thieves.
His children can be any hair color and any eye color. They're very quick and very sneaky.

Hades
God of the underworld. No child has ever been born of Hades.

(you must ask me if you want to be a child of Poseidon, Zeus, or Hades.)

Raven sat on the steps of the Big House. One of her silver eyes was hidden behind her black hair, the other was covered in black eye-liner, shadow, and mascara. She wore a black grunged sweater with a white skull on the torso and safety pins holding her left sleeve on, a black mini skirt with crimson tool on it over cut up faded blue jeans. On her neck was a black metal bat that hung from a crimson ribbon, on her feet were black combat boots, an on her back a black bag with bat wings on it. To complete her goth look she wore black lipstick and had her nails painted black. She was the only 'goth' in the camp, and she was also the only third year in the camp that hadn't been claimed by her immortal parent. She shifter her position and sighed, waiting of Chiron to return with the two new coming half-bloods.

Zanna skipped towards the Big House. Chiron had summoned her to show around the new Hephaestus kid. She wore a loose pink top over a tight white cami, both short and showing off her slim flat stomach, gray short shorts, and green, yellow, and orange striped stockings that stopped mid-thigh. On her arms were gray, orange, and pink gloves that went up to nearly her shoulders and on her feet were gray, orange, and pink boot that stopped just below her knee. Her orange hair was held back from her green eyes with a green beret clip. Her green eyes were surrounded by a light black eyeliner, and she had orange circles on her cheeks that she'd put on with face paint. (look in pic) She saw Raven sitting on the Big ouse steps and stopped, pulling herself up and siting on the rail, she was short, just over 4', so her feet didn't touch the ground from where she was sitting. She looked up as she heard Chiron's hooves patting the ground, and knew he was leading the two new comers toward them.

Vhalor sighed, walking slowly alone up to Raven, looking around, though he had a cloth around his eyes. He saw everything, but at the same time nothing. He stopped in front of Raven and looked down at her. "Are you Raven by any chance?" He asked softly, somethign catching his eye and his head quickly turned over to see it before, his head turning back towards her.

"shaking a little nervous and suprise" yea thats me "smiles a little"

"Over here is the dinner tables and pyre." Raven said, pointing to them. She knew he was blind, but also new by his reactions that he could 'see'. "Ahead of us are the 12 cabins. Hades', Poseidon's, and Hera's cabins are always empty, Zeus' was too until you came along." She explained walking past each cabin, stopping in front of Zeus' cabin. "Okay, from right to left it's Hermes, his cabin always has the most children because every child goes there until claimed. Then its Hephaestus, Artemis, Apollo, Demeter. The Hades, Zeus, Hera, and Poseidon cabins are next, but as I said, all but Zeus are empty. Next to Poseidon's cabin is Aphrodite, Aries, Athena, and finally Hermes." She said.

Zanna smiled at him. "Hey, don't be scared, this is your new home, your safe here in the barrier, the monsters can't get you any more." She said. "Tori gave her life to make sure they couldn't."

"This way!" Zanna exclaimed, skipping off, pointing out the same places Raven had, stopping in front of the Hephaestus cabin and naming the cabins off. "Oh, and the beach is over there through those trees, theres a path." She said pointing past Zeus and Hera's house.
